Job Responsibilities:Familiar with project management processes and milestone review processes, independently responsible for project planning and arrangement, as well as progress follow-up.2. Complete the overall management of problem points during the product development process in the NPI stage, organize, plan, implement, monitor and review the entire R&D process of the project to ensure the realization of project goals and the achievement of mass production and delivery.4. College degree or above, majoring in English, electronics, automation or related fields. English proficiency for sending emails and reading is preferred. Good oral English is a plus.2. A PMP certificate is preferred.3. Familiar with the operation mode of PCBA factories and have relevant working experience in the electronics industry;4. Strong communication and coordination skills, good at grasping and exploring customer needs; Proficient in using software such as OFFICE and familiar with the basic knowledge of electronic circuits;5. Strong organizational and coordination skills are required. A driver's license is preferred.
